I'm not absolving anyone here - just saying there is a process for each company, then some finger pointing, then some regression testing, not a particular smooth handoff as it progresses from one company to another, then.well, you get the picture. Hypothetically speaking I might have worked for one of the companies above and gone through basically the same scenario with a NIC driver and VMQ problems in a particular hypervisor - it took about 8 months to get the fix in WU, although quicker as a private fix from MS. There are reasons why it takes so long, particularly when you're speaking of a 3rd party driver being distributed by Microsoft via Windows Updates that is affecting yet another party's software. I wonder why this is already such a long time an issue that is not yet solved by Citrix/AMD/Microsoft. That works fine so I published this workaround on our intranet for our employees. My son found out as a workaround to choose with the navigator for window instead of full screen and than adjust the window to max sizes. I've been struggling with this for a while and I'm happy to hear suggestions on things to try or areas to focus. We have the same problem : Probook 455 G8 with Windows11. I've tried changing mouse pointer scheme to 'none' based on a google search result that seemed like a stretch.I've only added mouse trails to help visualize the problem, it doesn't seem to matter. When sharing desktop via Skype, the stuttering becomes consistently worse regardless of focus (RDP or host).I've tried both an internal network connection (IP via static config to hyper-v virtual switch) & an external network connection (IP via DCHP).This is much worse (VM is too laggy to be useable) Meaning - the stuttering is on the guest when the guest has focus - no lag on my host. In most laptops, it would be either F9 or F10 key. To do so, look for the Function key on the keyboard that has a trackpad icon on it.
